Estimator Civil Job Location Abu Dhabi UAE Responsibilities Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects including materials labor equipment and other resources Analyze project specifications drawings and documents to understand project scope and requirements Collaborate with project managers engineers and procurement teams to gather information and ensure estimates align with project goals Identify costsaving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions to improve project efficiency Conduct market research to source competitive prices for materials equipment and subcontractors Review and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers to support the tendering process Maintain a database of historical project costs rates and productivity metrics for future reference Provide regular updates and reports on cost estimates budget comparisons and costcontrol strategies Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations throughout the estimation process Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in cost estimation within the civil construction industry ideally in the UAE Proficiency in estimation software such as Candy Primavera or MS Excel Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail Knowledge of UAE construction costs materials and labor rates Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously Estimator • Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates#J-18808-Ljbffr
