As a Sales Account Manager, you will manage and deliver against advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and achieve revenue targets. You will nurture customer relationships, identify and close revenue-driving actions, and develop your client's portfolio. Additionally, you will leverage Amazon's proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized campaign recommendations across Search, Video, and Display products. This role requires collaboration with Creative, Sales, Product, and Retail partners. Your strategic digital expertise is critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.Key Responsibilities Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Ads solutions to delight customers Use a consultative approach to optimize advertising campaigns through data and Amazon insights Manage a portfolio of advertisers, proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue and performance Support advertisers' ongoing growth by evaluating KPIs and optimizing campaigns Educate advertisers on performance metrics and how to achieve better results on Amazon Monitor account performance to ensure optimal ROI and satisfaction Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers Achieve upsell goals through insight-driven recommendations A day in the lifehttps: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=5f8FWK3-l K0Basic Qualifications5+ years of digital advertising or equivalent experience Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence Ability to interpret large data sets to make recommendations Comfort with ambiguity and driving results in loosely defined situations Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point Preferred Qualifications Display advertising sales/marketing experience Programmatic advertising experience Ecommerce advertising experience Search/Performance advertising experience We promote an inclusive culture.
