This is a senior-level opportunity for a finance professional with a strong background in strategic planning, financial systems, and stakeholder engagement.The Financial Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development of comprehensive financial budgets and plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The role involves leading the annual budgeting cycle, managing financial systems, and providing strategic recommendations to optimise financial performance. The successful candidate will also serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders.This position is open only to native Arabic speakers The Role Lead the annual financial planning and budgeting process in alignment with organisational strategy and policies.Develop and manage budget templates and submission processes in collaboration with internal departments.Conduct expenditure analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessments to support optimal budget allocation.Oversee the financial system for budget uploads, financial code creation, and system enhancements.Provide strategic insights to mitigate financial risks and improve financial performance.Lead and develop a team of financial planning specialists, ensuring high performance and alignment with organisational values.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports in accordance with internal standards and external requirements.This position is open only to native Arabic speakers The Person Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous.A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong command of financial modelling, budgeting systems, and data analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance within the UAE.Native Arabic speaker with full professional proficiency in English.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Entertainment Providers Note: This job is currently active and accepting applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
