Job Description Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced Document Control Manager as part of our Engineering team within our Oil, Gas & New Energies business based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.Due to the nature of the projects and client expectations, the position will be based full-time at our Engineering Center Office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.Our Clients and Projects Designing the future. Lead and mentor a team of 7-12 document controllers, specify Fusion Live requirements for the system administrator, and manage client-side Aconex. Ensure all documents are registered, quality-checked, distributed, reviewed, approved, and archived in compliance with project, client, and regulatory standards. Provide training to internal staff, vendors, and third parties.Team Leadership Manage, coach, and develop the document control team; set daily workloads and conduct performance reviews.Training & Capability Building Design and deliver hands-on training on Fusion Live search/upload, workflow use, and metadata standards.Provide vendor-facing Aconex training on SDR submission rules, transmittals, and comment resolution.Create quick-reference guides and video tutorials; monitor training effectiveness.Company Industry Department / Functional Area Administration Keywords Document Control Manager Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
