Your primary focus will be on enhancing the sales and customer service, while also ensuring the boutique is well organized and well stocked. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager and staff to ensure a smooth operation, helping in training and scheduling, maintaining the visual standards of the store, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be crucial in shaping an inviting boutique environment and engaging customers with our brand.
