Content Creator

We are one of the top real estate agencies in Dubai, focused on luxury property and powerful personal branding. We are looking for a full-time content creator who can bring energy, creativity, and strategy to the online presence of 2 of our senior property consultants.Key Responsibilities: Manage social media accounts for three agents: 2 individual accounts in English, 1 couple account in English, and 1 individual account in Arabic.Create social media strategies tailored to each account's target audience.Produce approximately 60 short-form videos per month across all accounts, optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts.Handle the full content cycle: ideation, content creation, shooting, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.Maintain a detailed content calendar and manage posting, captioning, scheduling, and engagement.Experiment with various content formats to enhance growth and reach, including viral trends, storytelling, and behind-the-scenes content.Occasionally shoot and edit real estate listing videos.Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.At least 2 years of experience in a creative agency or similar social media role.Proven ability to create viral or high-performing short-form content.Strong skills in shooting and editing videos, using mobile devices or cameras, with a focus on vertical content.Proficiency in tools like Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.Highly creative, trend-aware, and knowledgeable about social media algorithms.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.Willing to complete a 2-week paid trial prior to official hiring.Benefits: Competitive salary plus performance-based commissions.Work environment in Downtown Dubai with a collaborative, energetic team.Creative freedom to develop and grow digital brands.Opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders and influencers in real estate.Additional Details: Seniority level: Entry level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Marketing.Industry: Real Estate, IT Services, and IT Consulting.This job posting is active and not expired.#J-18808-Ljbffr
