Project Manager- Contact Centre Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Contact Centre initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations on time and within budget.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a strong technical background, with expertise in infrastructure areas such as network deployments and systems development management.In this role, you will be responsible for defining, implementing and enhancing end-to-end Contact Centre processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will engage with the Contact Centre team to analyze performance gaps and implement corrective actions.You will identify, prioritize and drive initiatives across Business Units to push improvements, efficiency, root cause fixes and call & complaint reductions. Experience of managing deployments to multiple sites is required, as well as the ability to liaise with Senior executives.This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
