Strategic Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to drive business growth and scalability.As Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's overall financial strategy in line with its long-term goals.You will advise the CEO and leadership team using financial insights and forecasts, manage budgets, financial forecasting, cash flow, and capital investment planning.Additionally, you will lead the preparation and presentation of financial statements and performance reports, ensure full compliance with local and international financial laws and standards, and liaise with external auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.You will also identify and manage financial and operational risks, including insurance and internal controls, oversee tax planning, treasury operations, financial reporting, and cost management.Furthermore, you will continuously improve financial processes and promote cost-efficiency across the business, lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and accountability, and support M&A activities, funding, and investment opportunities as needed.To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA/CA/CMA preferred), 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior roles.You should have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management, solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local tax laws, and experience with ERP systems and financial digital transformation is an added advantage.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with high levels of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.This is a senior-level position requiring a strategic thinker who can drive business growth and profitability while maintaining the highest level of governance and compliance.
