The role requires a strategic thinker who can align change initiatives with business goals, ensuring a smooth transition and sustained benefits from organizational changes.We are looking for someone who will help us in the Change Manager role through flourishing in our culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust.Role And Responsibilities Work under the guidance of the Organizational Change Management Lead.Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of changes within the organization.Identify and analyze change impacts and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.Align change initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, engage, and manage stakeholders across various levels of the organization.Conduct stakeholder analysis and create communication plans to address their needs and concerns.Foster a culture of openness and collaboration to gain stakeholder buy-in and support for change initiatives.Communication and Training: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.Create training programs and materials to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors.Deliver training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.Change Implementation: Lead and manage change implementation projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise.Performance Measurement: Define and measure success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.Prepare and present reports on change management activities and outcomes to senior leadership.Education And Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is highly desirable.Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results and outcomes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software/tools.Communicate and collaborate effectively with all types of stakeholder groups, both internal and external spread across multiple geographies Ability to identify and manage interdependencies within Op Cos Seniority level Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Dicetek LLC by 2x Get notified about new Change Manager jobs in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Associate Project Manager - Business to Business Senior Manager - Project Delivery & SI Operations Manager – Project Development (Hospitality)Senior Manager – Project Development (Hospitality)We're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
