IAM Technical Support Engineer

They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects. Sailpoint Identity IQ Managing end to end of Sail Point Access Governance and Management. Managing User Provisioning, Access Certifications, Access Request, Workflow, Delegated Administration, and Password Self-Service in Sail Point Identity. Managing Sail Point deployment activities - connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration. Establish standards, designs and implementation of appropriate identity and access management processes and controls, which help improve operations and lower risk. Responsible to manage Administration functionality of the Sail Point such as loading data, create roles, create policies, scheduling tasks and certifications and reports. Execute day to day application maintenance & monitoring of Sailpoint infrastructure and functions. Maintaining Records for SLA Breaches, Incoming numbers of Incidents/ Service Requests, Outstanding tickets and revoked tickets for monthly basis. Managing the errors through pending tasks and resolve them. Performed Operational tasks which included executing and scheduling Aggregations and Tasks, enabling/disabling user IDs, password management, creating/scheduling custom reports etc. Handling SOD Policy creation, workgroup creations, creating Entitlements, AD groups, Business/IT roles. Support on live deployment on production environment during releases. Participate in requirements gathering and use case development; Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing; Develop and execute test cases and test plans for Sail Point solutions; Experience with Identity IQ Administration and Implementation; Develop or contribute to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting; Strong understanding of IAM best practices and standards; Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Prepare product documentation, KB articles, SOPs test cases, test plans and support process; Strong experience with J2EE / Java EE 5 Application Server such as Tomcat, JBoss, Web Sphere, or Web Logic. Forge Rock Manage end to end of Forge Rock Identity and Access Management Platform. Deployment, management & maintenance of Forge Rock platform including Open AM, Open IDM, Open IG and Open DJ. Development, production support and upgrade activities for Forge Rock application. Execute day to day application maintenance & monitoring of Forge Rock infrastructure and functions. Responsible to manage administration functionality of the Forge Rock. Manage Access management, Identity Federation, Multi-factor authentication, Risk-based authentication across. Thorough understanding and work experience for technologies such as Header based Single Sign On, SAML, OAuth, etc. Manage Forge Rock integration with Saa S application like Azure, M365, D365 etc. Manage Forge Rock integration with COTS and non-COTS applications. Develop or contribute to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting; Strong understanding of IAM best practices and standards; Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Prepare product documentation, KB articles, SOPs test cases, test plans and support process; Strong experience with J2EE / Java EE 5 Application Server such as Tomcat, JBoss, Web Sphere, or Web Logic. Must have a thorough understanding and work experience for technologies such as Header based Single Sign On, SAML, OAuth, etc. Experience with Forge Rock Open IDM (Identity management) system for On-time provisioning / de-provisioning. Experience working with LDAP directories like Open DJ. Should have good developer skills - Java/J2EE. Experience in Azure services. Troubleshooting skills are a must.
