Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Guest Service Centre Agent. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.Responsibilities: Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.Have a complete knowledge of the resort product, including room types, rates, features, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club, and other Anantara properties.Take personal responsibility for delivering excellent service and ensuring it meets the highest standards at all times.Handle all financial transactions as per resort policies.Suggest alternatives that meet guest needs and enhance their experience.Keep supervisors informed of guest feedback and take necessary actions.Develop close working relationships with all departments.Attend events, briefings, and training sessions to improve professional skills.Foster good relationships with third-party companies.Work closely with Concierge and drivers to ensure smooth transfer arrangements.Ensure timely follow-up on guest requests and reverts.Take ownership of guest's requests and needs, ensuring immediate action when necessary.Keep Front Office Manager informed of mishaps, unusual cases, and guest feedback.Stay updated on arrivals, departures, and transport arrangements.Recognize and greet repeat guests and VIPs.Ensure each guest interaction is a delightful experience.Offer alternatives instead of saying 'no.'Exceed guest expectations by finding ways to enhance their stay.Deliver consistent service standards.Be self-motivated and lead colleagues by example.Respect departmental duty roster and report on time.Be open to adapting to new procedures for the benefit of guests and colleagues.Attend scheduled training courses and participate in team activities.Present professionalism towards guests and colleagues at all times.Maintain a well-groomed appearance and proper uniform.Main-tain a professional demeanor and project a positive image of the resort and company.Comply with all resort and local laws regarding safety and security procedures.Requirements: A strong focus on customer service.Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is required.Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Computer skills in Ms Office; experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.Ideals Candidate We are looking for an ideal candidate who embodies the qualities of a true hospitality professional.
