Director of Transformation Delivery

We are seeking a seasoned Program Management leader to establish the PMO function from the ground up and drive governance, reporting, and oversight across a portfolio of complex programmes.This is not a delivery role - it's about creating structure, implementing controls, and providing senior stakeholders with full visibility and assurance over project execution.About this opportunity: Set up the central PMO function, including governance frameworks, reporting structures, and standards across all programmes Act as the central authority on programme controls, risk management, and project assurance Design and implement consistent reporting tools and templates to track delivery, risks, issues, and dependencies Provide senior stakeholders with actionable insights and ensure programmes remain aligned to strategic objectives Challenge delivery leads where needed and escalate appropriately to maintain accountability About you: Strong background in PMO leadership, ideally within complex transformation environments Experience setting up governance from scratch in greenfield or rapidly evolving organisations Clear understanding of project controls, portfolio-level reporting, and assurance practices Confident working with senior stakeholders and holding programme leads accountable Able to balance pragmatism with structure - ensuring control without bureaucracy
