Technology Innovation Manager

Job Title A Technology Innovation Manager will lead and oversee type approval system technology projects while integrating AI solutions to optimize network performance, enhance customer experience, and drive operational efficiency. This role combines deep telecom industry knowledge with cutting-edge AI capabilities to deliver next-generation technology solutions.This manager performs the job within the framework of a quality assurance system, code of ethics, and group policies.Key Responsibilities: Project Planning And Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets Lead cross-functional teams through all project phases, from initiation to closure Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget Telecom Type Approval Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of telecommunication type approval processes and regulations Stay current with evolving telecom standards and regulatory requirements across different markets Collaborate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance AI Integration Management: Oversee the integration of AI models into type approval systems Coordinate with data scientists and AI specialists to align AI capabilities with project requirements Ensure AI components meet regulatory and ethical standards in telecommunications Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks to senior management Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for all project deliverables Oversee testing and validation processes for both traditional and AI-enhanced systems Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor project team members Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and implement lessons learned Contribute to the development of best practices in managing telecom AI projects Promote and develop business relationships with related authorities in the Middle East Region for business opportunities Organize seminars / training when necessary Ensure compliance with international and local statutory, industrial, and legal requirements and Group guidelines
