Technical Project Manager

Job Opportunity We are seeking an accomplished Technical Designer to join our team.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and implementing technical solutions for commercial interiors and bespoke joinery projects.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-end retail fit-out projects, utilizing Auto CAD and other relevant software to produce accurate and detailed drawings.The successful candidate will be responsible for: Preparation of shop drawings based on BOQ, tender drawings, and specifications.Creation of detailed drawings for interior fit-outs, including wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal, and related details.Coordination with MEP and site engineers to prepare coordinated drawings.Preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions.Preparing detailed drawings for production as per approved shop drawings and coordinating with the production team for accuracy of details.The requirements for this position include: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.A minimum of 5+ years of experience in retail fit-out and joinery within the UAE or GCC region.Proficiency in Auto CAD with strong drafting accuracy and knowledge of commercial interiors.Solid understanding of space planning, fit-out detailing, and commercial interior specifications.Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
