Housekeeping Support Professional We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Support Professional to join our team at a luxury hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping, ensuring guest rooms are clean and well-stocked with amenities.Key Responsibilities: Receiving and storing stock in housekeeping stores Maintaining floor pantries and refilling guest supplies Delivering extra beds and baby cots to guest rooms Carrying out additional duties as requested by management Ensuring all guest requests are delivered promptly and to a high standard Documenting requests and providing feedback to guests Offering assistance to guests when needed Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of store areas Requirements: Senior High School Diploma or equivalent Vocational diploma in Hospitality (advantage)At least 1 year experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably in the Middle East Experience in Housekeeping in luxury hotels Pre-opening hotel experience (advantage)Hot SOS experience (advantage)Effective communication skills in English; Arabic (advantage)Ability to organize large projects and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Professional appearance and physical ability to stand for long periods Flexibility to work overnight shifts as required What We Offer: Learning & Development opportunities MOstay program with complimentary nights and special rates worldwide Health benefits and wellness programs This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
