Job Title: Infrastructure Design Manager This role is responsible for leading the preparation and development of Prequalification Documents/Criteria and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents tailored to address the strategic intent of business for specific developments and the successful selection of appropriate service providers.The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of industry practices and regulations, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. They must also possess experience in design works completed in Abu Dhabi and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Leads the process of preparing and developing pre-concept and concept development schemes for Ports and Marine developments in terms of layouts, operational planning and sizing of facilities and assets.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.Key Responsibilities: Development of the Project Execution Plan at the Pre-Construction Stage of assigned projects and initiatives to best achieve Project Objectives.Active stakeholder engagement of end users and asset owners to support in the distillation of business needs for development initiatives.Liaison with end-users, stakeholders and regulatory authorities as required during the design process to ensure the capture of needs and the compliance with regulatory requirements.Benefits: We offer endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit.
