Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Specialist to join our facilities team.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facilities, including performing routine maintenance procedures, assisting in repairs, and conducting inventories of supplies. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.Responsibilities Preventive Maintenance: Assist in performing scheduled maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal functionality.Insp ections and Repairs: Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems for any issues and provide prompt assistance in repairing or replacing faulty equipment as needed.Safety Procedures: Follow established safety protocols and company policies during all maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment servicing and repair history.Inventory Management: Assist in ordering and managing maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.Event Support: Help set up and dismantle equipment for special projects or events, such as concerts or exhibitions.Emergency Response: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure optimal functionality of all facilities and support energy-saving initiatives and sustainable maintenance practices.Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior experience in a maintenance or facility management role preferred.Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry essential.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills, and willingness to work flexible hours if needed.Disclaimer: We do not endorse any requests for money payments and strictly advise against sharing personal or bank-related information.
