Senior Settlement Specialist This role involves managing all financial transactions related to credit and debit cards, including settlement and reconciliation.Manage the entire process of financial transactions from beginning to end. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all tasks.The role also requires reviewing Visa Fees Reconciliation reports for Covered Cards and Debit Cards, as well as performing QA offshore Settlement Recon Department samples.Verify that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.Review and analyze data to identify any discrepancies or irregularities.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.Familiarity with Anti-Money laundering regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank and other regulatory authorities.Knowledge of VISA and Master Card Products – Transactions & Settlements.The successful candidate will work closely with the Cards Center Team on new projects and system enhancements to ensure seamless STP processes.This role is ideal for someone who has experience in financial settlements and reconciliation, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to analyze data and identify trends.Key Responsibilities: Daily follow-up with the Offshore Team on different job tasks like JV submissions, Visa file processing, updating new SREs to JVs, and updating monthly JVs.Maintaining daily communication with the Business Team.Required Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of financial transactions and reconciliation processes.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good knowledge of customer service standards.
