This position supports the recruitment manager in formulating and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.Supports the development of comprehensive recruitment plans that cater to diverse hiring needs across various departments.Coordinates closely with departmental managers to forecast hiring requirements and identify potential talent pools.Utilizes industry-leading databases, social media platforms, and outreach strategies to source and attract high-caliber candidates.Evaluates resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for open positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Conducts initial interviews and assessments to gauge candidate suitability, providing insightful feedback to enhance the overall recruitment experience.Collaborates with recruitment coordinators and junior recruiters to streamline daily activities, drive productivity, and optimize time-to-hire metrics.Develops and implements innovative strategies to improve candidate engagement, foster strong relationships with hiring managers, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.Requirements Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Brings significant experience as a recruiting coordinator or assistant manager, demonstrating expertise in recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.Displays exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and job seekers.Is proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases to streamline recruitment processes, manage candidate information, and analyze data-driven insights.Demonstrates the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.Exhibits strong analytical skills, effectively interpreting metrics, analyzing data, and making informed decisions to optimize recruitment outcomes.
