Multidisciplinary Project Manager

Job Description: Serves as the technical leader in a multidisciplinary engineering organization to develop project scopes and schedules, and monitor engineering activities for customer projects. Provides technical leadership and interfaces with stakeholders.Represents the technical focal point in projects through coordination and planning of all aspects of assessing, proposing, and executing projects by leveraging regional and global teams.Key Responsibilities: Technical Management: Provides technical management throughout the project execution process, working closely with fulfillment teams to ensure smooth handovers and mitigated risk plans.Culture Development: Embracing and driving a culture of horizontal thinking and execution by working in a boundaryless fashion, fostering early detection of quality issues and risks, and promoting lean processes that drive fulfillment excellence.Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Computer Science10 years' experience in an engineering or technology role and/or Customer Project Engineering/Management Knowledge of general turbomachinery and power plant building blocks, including balance of plant and EPC experience What Sets You Apart: Advanced Degree in Engineering or Science Exposure to energy transition technologies Experience managing engineering teams Strong verbal and written communication skills
