Licensed by the FSRA of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and powered by Fireblocks' institutional custody infrastructure, we're building the region's most trusted platform for buying, selling, and safeguarding digital assets with seamless AED on-ramps and deep liquidity.Role Overview We're looking for a proven Sales Director, OTC & Institutional Clients to lead our business development efforts across the UAE and broader MENA region. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on acquiring and managing high-value OTC and institutional relationships, including HNWIs, family offices, prop trading firms, and crypto-native institutions.
