Automation Systems Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Automation Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commissioning of automation and control systems for water and wastewater treatment plants.Key Responsibilities: Review vendor drawings/documents to ensure alignment with project specifications.Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for automation control panels.Develop and execute commissioning plans for PLC/SCADA systems, instrumentation, and control panels.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems, instrumentation, and communication networks.Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of all systems.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics & Communication/Instrumentation & Control/Automation Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commissioning automation systems for water and wastewater treatment plants.Strong understanding of PLC/SCADA/DCS systems, instrumentation, and control panel design.Experience with various communication protocols, such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.Benefits: As an inclusive company, we are committed to diversity and give equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination.Additional Information: This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
