Training and Development Specialist We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team.About the Role: Key Responsibilities: Track and maintain records of various training programs, including attendance, training requests, evaluations, and post-training evaluations.Provide periodic reports and matrices regarding training activities.Monitor the yearly training calendar and prepare training announcements accordingly.Update the training master tracking list continuously.Notify relevant managers before any changes or updates in the yearly training calendar.Contribute to the development of training systems and strategies.Facilitate logistics for internal training.Organize and conduct orientations for new joiners, work placement, etc.Develop flowcharts, work instructions, checklists, and action plans for company training activities.Submit weekly status and monthly reports.Ensure all training documents are completed immediately upon receiving them.Maintain confidentiality and security of all company information.Support other members of Corporate HR in fulfilling their roles.Perform other duties as required by the Director, Human Resources.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, or equivalent years of experience in the same field.A minimum of five to six years of experience in HR training-related activities is required.Excellent organizational and strong interpersonal skills are an advantage.Skills and Qualifications: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task.Ability to work well under pressure while interacting effectively with all levels of employees.Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and HR software is preferred.The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally, is required.
