Environmental Consultant - UAE

Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Environmental Engineer/Scientist to join our team in Dubai, UAE.About the Role This entry-level position involves supporting our EIA and environmental permitting services. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in environmental consultancy, involved in EIA development.Responsibilities Prepare commercial and technical proposals under the guidance of your line manager.Write EIA reports for projects in the UAE, including specialist inputs such as marine ecological and waste impact assessments.Develop Environmental Management Plans, such as CEMP and OEMP.Support the line manager with EIA reports and project management tasks.Interpret marine ecological/environmental baseline survey reports and technical modelling studies for EIA input.Requirements1-2 years of experience in environmental consultancy, involved in EIA development.Degree/Diploma in environmental engineering, environmental science, ecology, or related fields.Strong report writing skills for technical documentation.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Knowledge of UAE environmental regulations (Federal, Abu Dhabi, Dubai).Ability to communicate effectively with clients.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.UAE driving license (if residing in the UAE).Preferred: Residing in the UAE, experience with marine ecology, and flood management.Additional Information Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Other Job function: Engineering and Information Technology Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing at WKC by 2x.
