Unlock Global Opportunities This is a high-level sales role that drives growth and expansion in strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to secure new business and expand existing accounts, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. To succeed in this position, the candidate must have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the enterprise segment, and the ability to build relationships with senior line-of-business executives. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the client's needs and requirements.Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Account Plans: Create and implement targeted account plans to drive sales growth and expansion in strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.Meet or Exceed Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets through individual outreach, collaboration with sales development reps, and management of inbound prospects.Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers, to close deals and secure new business.Maintain Strong Communication Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications Sales Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the enterprise segment.Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior line-of-business executives and navigate complex sales cycles.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the client's needs and requirements, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Total Rewards The company offers a competitive total rewards package that includes stock grant opportunities, additional perks and benefits based on employment status and country, and the flexibility of remote work with optional We Work access.The company values diversity and inclusivity and is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package that reflects the value of its employees' contributions.
