Customer Service Professional

Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the core of this role. We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product and service information with professionalism and efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products and services.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel or departments.Qualifications & Skills: A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.Proficiency in using ODOO ERP, Monday, customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.A customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping people.Benefits: This is a full-time position with potential for evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.The work environment is fast-paced and team-oriented.
