Job Description: \We are seeking an experienced Environmental and Social Manager to lead our team in the implementation of sustainable development strategies. The successful candidate will oversee the effective management of environmental and social responsibilities during project preparation and implementation, ensuring compliance with AIIB's Environmental and Social Framework.\Main Responsibilities: \\Manage a team of environmental and social development specialists, including assigning appropriate specialists and engaging consultants to support project teams in the preparation and implementation of investment projects.\Develop and conduct training on the ESP and associated guidance for AIIB staff and clients.\Serve as the focal point for coordination activities with other multilateral development banks and bilateral development organizations.\Coordinate and support the work on Operational Policies, Directives, and Administrative Guidance related to environmental and social issues.\Support the formulation and implementation of the environmental and social aspects of sector strategies, policies, programs, and projects.\Guide clients and project teams on monitoring implementation of ES aspects of the project and addressing any issues that arise during project implementation.\Lead coordination and collaboration efforts between AIIB and other MDBs on ES-related matters.\Prioritize and manage competing tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of quality control and performance management.\Travel frequently and extensively, both domestically and internationally, to engage with stakeholders and partners.\\
