Project Coordination Specialist

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Procurement Expeditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expediting the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.The Procurement Expeditor will work closely with suppliers to ensure that all necessary documents are received in a timely manner. This includes order acknowledgments, advance and performance bank guarantees, and other relevant documentation.The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with quality control engineers to ensure that all inspections are conducted in accordance with agreed-upon test plans. Additionally, they will work with suppliers to resolve any outstanding punch points and arrange for final acceptance inspections.In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain within the oil & gas or heavy engineering industry.Familiarity with mechanical static and package equipment, including understanding of fabrication and inspection processes.Strong knowledge of international and local procurement procedures and documentation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Benefits This is a contract position offering a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.
