The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and selection to onboarding and employee development. This role involves collaborating with department heads to identify talent needs, developing strategies to attract and engage top candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing SOURCE AND ACQUIRE TALENT FROM VARIOUS SOURCES INCLUDING JOB BOARDS, RECRUITMENT AGENCIES, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND EMPLOYEE REFERRALSEVALUATE RESUMES, CONDUCT INITIAL INTERVIEWS, SHORTLIST CANDIDATES, AND COORDINATE TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL INTERVIEWSMaintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical and recurring roles across farm operations, production teams, and corporate functions Talent Development Plan, organize, and evaluate training programs focused on DAIRY FARM MANAGEMENT, GMP & HYGIENE PRACTICES IN MILK PRODUCTION, FOOD SAFETY, QUALITY SYSTEMS, AND ISO/IATF STANDARDSCultivate soft skills, behavioral, and leadership development through coaching, mentoring, and workshops Track post-training effectiveness, employee feedback, and ROI on learning programs Hiring Management Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including recruitment planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding OBTAIN APPROVALS AND CLEARANCES FOR HIRES AS REQUIRED BY GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS AND STATUTORY REQUIREMENTSEnsure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies Required Skills and Qualifications: A Master's Degree in HR / Business Administration or MBA/PGDM in HR12-15 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and L&D, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing industry Prior experience with production/factory-based hiring and dairy/farm-based operations is essential Certification in HRM (e.g., CIPD 7 or SHRM-SCP) and knowledge of labor laws are mandatory Benefits: This role offers the opportunity to work in an agribusiness/dairy-centric environment, develop expertise in talent management, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.Others: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical mindset, flexibility, adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and capability to deal with diverse workforces are required for this position.
