Job Title: Procurement Operations Manager We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our end-to-end procurement operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the timely and cost-efficient acquisition of goods and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Main Responsibilities: Oversight of procurement processes, including purchase order creation, goods receipt, and supplier performance management.Leadership and mentorship of a team of procurement specialists, driving performance and compliance across procure-to-pay processes.Review and processing of purchase requisitions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Sourcing of goods and services in accordance with technical specifications, procurement guidelines, and cost objectives.Negotiation of supplier quotations, commercial agreements, and contract renewals to secure best value.Implementation of competitive bidding processes to reduce procurement costs and enhance supplier offerings.Resolution of payment issues in collaboration with accounts payable and liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders.Support and participation in supplier contract negotiations, relationship management, and performance reviews.Collaboration with sourcing and category management to rationalize the supplier base and improve procurement efficiency.Monitoring and reporting of supplier non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution of quality or service-related issues.Compliance with corporate governance, ethics, safety, security, and environmental standards.Promotion of a safety-first culture and leadership in health, safety, and environmental practices.Maintenance of clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring expectations and responsibilities are well-defined.Management of procurement budgets and expenses, adhering to financial procedures and timelines.Leadership in team development through coaching, performance reviews, and engagement in talent management initiatives.Requirements: Degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, or materials management within the oil and gas industry.Previous leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.Experience with material resource planning (MRP) and demand resource planning (DRP) systems.Knowledge of purchasing contracts and supplier agreements.About Us: We are a leading provider of oilfield services, committed to delivering exceptional results to our clients.Benefits: A collaborative and inclusive work environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A competitive salary and benefits package.Contact Information: Please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to (insert contact information).
