Job Title: AVP- CCS Team Leader Description: As a seasoned professional in banking operations, you will oversee and lead the Client Services for CIB clientele. Your key responsibility will be to manage and grow existing client accounts by devising strategic plans, developing strong relationships, and delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and monitor transactions in the workflow system until successful completion.• Coordinate with Relationship teams and Clients to resolve technical and financial referrals.• Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to team members to support their overall development.• Promote FAB values and ethics in all activities within the team to establish a value-driven culture.• Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures for assigned teams to ensure compliance with procedural and legislative requirements while delivering quality service.• Participate in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction.• Ensure efficient error-free processing of transactions with strict compliance to policies and SLAs.• Minimize operational risks by ensuring that all transactions comply fully with customer or internal instructions.• Maintain conformance to internal procedures, policies, guidelines, and local and international norms and regulations.Requirements: • University Degree in Commerce or Banking.• Minimum 3 years experience in banking operations with knowledge of general banking principles, back-office operating procedures, and excellent communication skills.• Analytical, self-motivated, energetic, flexible, dynamic problem-solver ready to work in a challenging environment.• Ability to work independently and in a cooperative team environment.• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency are essential in this role.Working Conditions: This is a full-time position with no remote work option.
