Job Title: Customer Service Host Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Host to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities.About the Role: The Customer Service Host is a key member of our team and plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. You will be working closely with our Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain guest spaces, lounges, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean bathrooms in guest rooms and public areas.Maintain and track laundry inventory.Inspect lounges, public areas, and facilities to ensure they are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.Stock and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other amenities.Report any maintenance issues or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor.Requirements: High school diploma or official certification required.2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry in a customer-facing role.Fluent in English.Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly.
