Cloud Infrastructure Expert"

The role of Cloud Infrastructure Expert is to lead the implementation of cloud technologies in a fast-paced environment. This involves gaining an understanding of customers' infrastructures and business issues, making recommendations to align with the chosen solution, and delivering workshops that shape architecture design decisions."

Deliver successful discovery, analysis, and design workshops that win customer confidence."

Lead consulting teams through pilot and production deployments, workload onboarding, and ongoing lifecycle management."

Work closely with product units, engineering, support, and sales to ensure a world-class customer experience."

Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale services, promote repeatable engagements, and lower delivery risk."

Required Skills and Qualifications: "

Prior experience in consulting and architecture roles."

Excellent customer-facing skills, ability to present to customers, and lead customer interactions."

Good knowledge of infrastructure technologies on handson delivery and architecture levels."

Experience implementing virtualization and container technologies in enterprise settings."

Knowledge of Red Hat Open Stack Platform, Red Hat Open Shift Container Platform, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)."

Willingness to travel across regions."

Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms."

Excellent written and verbal language skills in English."

Red Hat Certifications are considered a plus."

Experience with AI solutions is highly valued."
