About This Role This is an opportunity to support the development and execution of a resort's multichannel marketing and communications strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to drive brand awareness, market positioning, and revenue generation across all resort departments.Marketing Strategy: Support integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with brand goals and resort priorities Track campaign performance and contribute to ROI analyses Define and roll out the resort's unique selling points and tone of voice Content Creation & Storytelling: Manage content production for campaigns, partnerships, and programming Develop B2C and B2B storytelling assets for social media, website, press room, advertising, and trade Digital & E-commerce: Assist in overseeing digital campaigns including SEM, social, and programmatic advertising Coordinate with internal and agency teams to optimize digital presence and acquisition funnels Agency & Partnership Coordination: Manage relationships with agencies and third-party vendors Identify and implement local/international partnerships that align with brand storytelling and content objectives About You: The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in luxury hospitality or premium/lifestyle brands, executing successful multichannel campaigns globally. They possess a solid grasp of luxury branding, digital marketing, content creation, PR, and storytelling, as well as experience working in multicultural environments with cross-functional teams.The resort seeks talented professionals who share its commitment to delivering amazing experiences and everlasting memories.
