Retail Leadership Position - Fitness Industry

Key responsibilities include: Assisting with daily store operations to ensure excellent service and operational execution Coaching and developing team members through feedback and training Leading by example with a strong presence on the sales floor Contributing to recruitment and succession planning Helping drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales and customer satisfaction A successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a retail leadership role, strong people management skills, and a passion for health and fitness.Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The successful candidate will also have experience working with premium or lifestyle brands.As a brand ambassador, you will build relationships within the local fitness community to promote our brand.This role involves stepping into the Store Manager's position in their absence to maintain consistent leadership and decision-making.
