Job Description The ideal candidate will manage the operational aspects of the food and beverage department, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery. This includes supervising team performance, managing outlet operational costs, conducting internal training, maintaining health and safety standards, and developing high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities Manage assigned outlet operations by supervising Team Leader performance and posting schedules that reflect business needs Manage outlet operational costs and conduct internal training to maintain health and safety standards Develop high-performance teams by coaching and disciplining colleagues in a fair and consistent manner Represent and promote the organization in a positive manner at all times to maintain a professional brand image Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Higher secondary or equivalent education3 years' experience in the food and beverage or related professional area Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience Excellent organizational skills and verbal communication skills Detail-orientated with problem-solving abilities Flexible and enthusiastic with a high level of respect and integrity Diploma in Hotel and Management or Hospitality Food Hygiene and HACCP Certificate Benefits This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the chance to develop your skills and career prospects.
