Assistant Vice President - Group Financial Planning and Analysis Join to apply for the Assistant Vice President - Group Financial Planning and Analysis role at ALDAR.Job Purpose Develop financial reports and analysis supporting the SVP – FP&A and operations along with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.Roles and Responsibilities Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting Support planning, forecasting, and performance analyses for Finance, and communicate and coordinate management actions with entities.Implement financial improvements, analyze cost structures, and evaluate business opportunities and investments to support growth and customer experience enhancement.Perform variance analysis, line-of-business analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis for customers, vendors, and items.Develop financial analysis policies and procedures.Ensure consistency and standardization of all service line metrics, reporting, and analysis.Budget Planning & Process Coordinate the budgeting process across ALDAR, review submissions, identify patterns, understand rationale, and link to strategic objectives.Manage reforecast exercises and variance analysis against budgets.Automate budget/forecasting processes using Hyperion, perform variance analysis, and scenario planning.Validate budgets through ERP systems and support budget availability confirmations.Qualifications and Experience Minimum 8+ years of experience in accounting and FP&A functions.Experience in real estate or related industries with annual revenue of at least AED 5 billion.Experience in multi-location environments, able to communicate effectively across organizational levels.Skills and Qualifications Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills.Experience with ERP systems like Hyperion.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.Professional qualifications such as CPA, CIMA, CA, or ACCA are preferred.Additional Details Seniority level: Executive Employment type: Full-time Job function: Finance and Sales#J-18808-Ljbffr
