Senior Interior Design Manager

Senior Interior Design Professional The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading interior design functions across all stages of the design process, including test fits, research, design studies, documentation, FF&E, drafting, technical analysis, and management as directed by the line manager.Main Responsibilities: Performing interior design activities across various projects within the design team.Producing interior design packages for projects from pre-design to detailed design.Generating internal research and benchmarking documents in collaboration with team members and maintaining updates.Preparing interior design presentations as required for projects.Creating test fits for layouts, design collateral, presentations, and project timelines.Maintaining project schedules and approvals.Researching and sourcing high-quality interior products, including bespoke items, fittings, soft furnishings, lighting, furniture, sanitary ware, pictures, and accessories based on designer briefs and project requirements.Coordinating and reviewing mockups, show apartments, villas, or units for final implementation.Maintaining records of architectural and design consultants' prequalification and updating information.Preparing consultant and bidder lists based on research and technical analysis.Ensuring compliance with company processes for architectural in-house and design consultants' work review, deviation monitoring, and analysis, as well as remedial actions.Coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders, building robust, long-term relationships, and integrated teams.Regularly meeting with the Executive Director - Design and architects/Head of MEP Division to review standards, procedures, and project-related design issues.Performing other duties and responsibilities as designated by the line manager.Requirements Degree in Interior Design or Architecture with at least 10 years of experience.A keen eye for detail and proven expertise in space planning.Proven ability to produce accurate, concise, and aesthetically pleasing presentations.Proven UAE experience is essential, and candidates must have a good grasp of design considerations.Strong competency in using design software's – Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketchup, MS Office.Benefits Mid-senior level position with opportunities for growth and development.Full-time employment with a competitive salary package.Job function: Design, Industries: Real Estate, Hospitality, and Interior Design.Others This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead interior design functions.
