The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and mitigating legal risks. Fluency in Arabic is essential due to the nature of regional regulatory interactions and legal documentation.Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including service contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, client agreements, and vendor contracts.Provide legal advice on corporate structuring, licensing, compliance, and cross-border operations within the financial trading and investment sectors.Support the business in maintaining full regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including DIFC, ADGM, SCA, and offshore entities.Advise on risk exposure and assist in dispute resolution, including coordinating with external counsel where necessary.Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends across the MENA region and internationally.Review marketing and communication materials to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.Assist in company secretarial duties including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance matters.Provide legal support in M&A activities, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.Liaise with regulators, banks, and legal authorities in both Arabic and English.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master's degree or legal certification preferred.Minimum 6–10 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in financial services, FX/CFD, investment, or trading sectors.Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).Strong understanding of UAE laws and regulations (particularly DIFC/ADGM/SCA), and international regulatory environments.Proven experience managing legal risk in cross-border business structures and high-growth environments.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Seniority level Seniority level Director Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Legal Industries Financial Services, Legal Services, and Law Practice Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Boundless by 2x Urgent Hire: Arabic-Speaking Legal Counsel (MENA Telecom) – Exclusive Role Senior Counsel, Regulatory EEMEA (Arabic Speaker)-R-244661We're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
