This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead and develop a comprehensive calendar of recreational activities that cater to all demographics.About the Role We are seeking an experienced Recreation Manager who can deliver exceptional guest experiences through community engagement, wellness integration, and green space activation.Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement & Programming Create a diverse range of programs and events that foster social connection, movement, and relaxation, including sunrise yoga, outdoor cinema, cultural workshops, guided nature walks, and community fitness challenges.Collaborate with teams to design and deliver a seamless experience for guests.Wellness Integration Collaborate with the Spa Director to develop a unified wellness philosophy that incorporates fitness, mindfulness, and spa therapies.Integrate wellness classes with curated spa experiences and nutrition offerings.Promote active recovery, mental well-being, and rejuvenation as pillars of the recreation program.Green Space & Facility Activation Utilize the resort's natural landscape for programming, including pop-up experiences, wellness circuits, and family-friendly zones.Maintain all recreational facilities and green spaces to 5-star standards.Requirements Degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, Sports Science, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience managing recreation or wellness programs in a luxury hospitality environment.Proven success in community activation, event creation, and integrated wellness programming.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.CPR/First Aid certification; additional wellness certifications are a plus.What We Offer Mid-Senior level position.Full-time employment.Other job function within the Hospitality industry.
