Senior Corporate Lawyer - Abu Dhabi

Job Title: Legal Counsel We are seeking an experienced and skilled Legal Counsel to join our client's prominent Family Office based in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of the legal team, you will provide legal support across the family office's diverse investments and business activities.Job Responsibilities: Provide Legal Guidance: Provide high-quality legal guidance on high-value international deals and commercial arrangements.Advise on Cross-Border Transactions: Advise on the legal aspects of complex cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and international commercial agreements.Conduct Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transactional documents that are enforceable across multiple jurisdictions.Support Business Divisions: Support specific business divisions, such as Aviation, Retail, Insurance, Real Estate, and Trade.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders in legal, finance, and operations to achieve business objectives.Required Skills and Qualifications: Legal Experience: 3-5 years of PQE in private practice or in-house gained within a reputable private practice law firm or an in-house legal team.UAE Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrated legal experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of the local regulatory and commercial landscape.Corporate and Commercial Law: Extensive experience with corporate and commercial law, including global and cross-border transactions.Complex International Legal Issues: Proven ability to handle complex international legal issues.Bilingualism: Preference for bilingual candidates fluent in Arabic and either French or Spanish, alongside English.Benefits: This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a long-term legal career at a leading Emirati institution.
