To evaluate, resuscitate and manage critically ill patients including those with vital organ and system failures. To use organ support and replacements systems. Should have expertise in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, airway management, invasive monitoring, renal therapy and mechanical ventilation.Responsibilities Provide patient focused Critical Care Medicine and ensure optimal clinical care of patients in the department in line with the clinical privileges granted.Work within a multidisciplinary team with a personalized and caring attitude.Provide leadership, supervision, and support to junior clinical staff.
