Steel Structure Engineer Position We are seeking a highly skilled Steel Structure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a critical role in transforming architectural concepts into constructible steel structures.In this position, you will be responsible for creating detailed plans that ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetics in steel construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure design specifications are met and collaborate with construction teams to facilitate on-site implementation of designs.Your expertise will contribute to a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. You will utilize advanced software to produce precise calculations and drawings, offering innovative solutions to complex structural challenges.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles, an eye for detail, and a passion for structural innovation. You will stay updated on industry trends and advancements in steel structure engineering and provide technical support throughout the construction process to resolve design issues.Develop detailed steel structure plans and blueprints based on architectural designs.Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design specifications are met.Conduct structural analysis and calculations to determine load capacities.Utilize software such as Auto CAD, Revit, and Tekla for design and drafting purposes.Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and standards.Review and revise designs to rectify any potential structural issues.Coordinate with construction teams to facilitate on-site implementation of designs.Provide technical support throughout the construction process to resolve design issues.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in steel structure design or a similar role.Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and other relevant design and analysis software.Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methods.Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative design solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective team work.
