Fleet Operations Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Associate to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily fleet operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.Track and monitor key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize fleet performance.Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and extending fleet lifespan.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate favorable terms and services.Develop and implement strategies to optimize fuel consumption and reduce costs.Utilize fleet management software to monitor vehicle locations and performance.Provide training and support to drivers on vehicle policies and practices.Investigate and resolve any operational issues or incidents promptly.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Minimum of two years experience in fleet management or related operations.Strong proficiency in using fleet management and tracking software tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
