Senior Design Quality Manager

This role is a key position within the organization, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of design quality across all projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate engineering consultancy and excellent knowledge of real estate development processes, regulations, and industry standards.Key Responsibilities: Design Support: Assist the section head with all design activities within projects to ensure successful achievement of business plan objectives, including launch schedule, design quality, and budget adherence.Review and Approval: Review architectural submissions during the delivery stage, safeguarding the design intent and ensuring purchasers receive the intended product to align with the design plan and meet their expectations.Design Compliance: Assist with design submissions for technical and commercial compliance during the design stage, and take the lead in value engineering exercises to achieve target budgets, ensuring that all designs meet technical and commercial requirements.About You: Candidate Requirements: Minimum 4-7 years' experience in a real estate engineering consultancy environment, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred, excellent knowledge of real estate development processes, regulations, and industry standards.Skills and Qualifications: Working knowledge of interiors, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines; interior construction; and interiors specifications, proficiency in Ms. Office suite and Auto CAD software.Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations, negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts and agreements.Benefits: Opportunities for Growth: Attractive compensation package, career development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
