The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Ensure to capture all operations challenges and raise them to identify solutions.Cover Riverland Duty Manager task and ensure operations efficiency.Participate in park events and activations, and ensure everything is running smoothly from Operations side.Ensure to attend all guests and tenants issues and resolve them.Ensure to cover Riverland Operations during the absence of Operations Manager.Monitor the commercial partners performance and their operational compliance.Provide administrative support for paperwork and approvals.Ensures to raise any maintenance issues or service requests to the concerned team.Supervise, train and lead the operations team to ensure effective and efficient operations.Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.Ensure that guests are provided with high level of service.About you The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum Experience: 3 years in operations Knowledge of operational principals & policies Good communications, problem solving & interpersonal skills About the Benefits In the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well-being of our team members.
