Senior Interior Designer Position We are seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for directing and shaping creative interior design projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding solutions for our clients across the Middle East.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale interior design projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse interior design projects. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, as well as demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing design teams.In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading and mentoring a team of interior designers and architects, fostering creativity and professional growth;Developing and implementing design strategies aligned with client objectives and project requirements;Overseeing multiple large-scale interior design projects from concept to completion;Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction;Presenting design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed;Ensuring compliance with regional building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices;Managing project budgets and resources effectively;Staying current with industry trends and innovative design solutions to maintain a competitive edge;Contributing to business development efforts and cultivating client relationships.Benefits Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact. Our global team includes over 69,000 employees, working together to make a difference in communities both close to home and around the world.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field;Minimum 12+ years of experience in interior design and architecture, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects;Professional certification in interior design preferred;Proficiency in interior design software, including Revit, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and 3D Max;Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously;Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written;Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing design teams;Understanding of sustainable design practices and their implementation;Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail;Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
