Kids Club Attendant Job Description As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences for children in our fun-filled environment.Job Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure the safety of children in the club area Plan, organize, and lead activities, games, and crafts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children's experiences Respond promptly to children's needs and concerns Assist with check-in and check-out procedures Enforce club rules and safety guidelines Collaborate with team members to create a positive and engaging atmosphere Provide basic first aid when necessary Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to plan and execute engaging activities for children of various ages, excellent time management and organizational skills, patient and enthusiastic attitude, basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities, knowledge of safety protocols for childcare Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Benefits As a member of our team, you will have access to exciting opportunities for growth and development.
