Engineering Project Lead

About This Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our engineering and construction projects in the GCC region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technical, quality, and safety departments.Manage project risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional development within the team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar position in a consultancy/ piling foundation/ construction firm.PMP/PRINCE II certification is an added advantage.Strong leadership and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Proven track record of completing complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
