Eaton has approximately 96,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.We are seeking a Functional Excellence Engineer to join our Middle East Engineering R&D team in Dubai, UAE.This position will support EMEA Engineering team and program managers to optimize and standardize processes, using best-in-class tools, help them defines and deploy the right capability, governance, processes, systems and tools across the end-to-end Engineering and Product Development Lifecycle to drive efficient and effective execution.What You'll Do Deploy engineering PMO policies, procedures, and best practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Support engineering portfolio performance monitoring using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Work closely with experienced team of program managers and engineering leadership fostering a culture of continuous improvement in engineering. Continuously assess Pro PM/Enovia data health, identify and address gaps to improve engineering data quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering. Masters in Business Administrtion (optional).Skills Aspiration to develop and progress career in engineering and program management excellence. Demonstrate analytical skills along with a good mix of insight and judgement. Understanding of data flow between information systems. Skilled at conflict management, dealing with ambiguity and change management.
